The hotel occupies the first floor and levels 17 through 26 of the Urban Net Sapporo Link Tower. Guests can reach JR Sapporo Station in a 10-minute walk via the underground pedestrian network. Odori Park and the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building are also within walking distance. This location suits travelers planning day trips within Sapporo or to nearby destinations like Otaru.

Design that blends modern luxury with local craft
Large windows on the upper floors offer views of the city and surrounding mountains. The design team worked with local artisans to include horse-tack patterns, straw artwork, and natural wood elements. The 17th-floor lobby lounge features a double-height ceiling with a fireplace, creating an open yet cozy atmosphere.
The hotel includes 216 rooms, each at least 36 square metres (388 square feet). Nine suites on higher floors provide private terraces and expansive views. Standard rooms range from 36 to 43 square metres, while deluxe options offer more space and upgraded features.
Room categories and standout suites
Two room types focus on different views—one highlights the historic Red Brick Building, and the other showcases mountain ranges. The Centric Suite on the 19th floor spans 116 square metres and includes a 26-square-metre terrace. The top-floor Sapporo Suite on level 26 delivers sweeping city panoramas.

Every room has digital key access, complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and Nespresso coffee machines. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and rain showers.
